Effective October 6, 2026. These terms cover this website and our text messages. They do not replace the written estimate for your move — that document governs the job itself.
Who these terms are with

Quotes are estimates
Prices on this site and any figure we give you before seeing the job are estimates. What a move actually costs depends on volume, stairs at both ends, access, and whether everything is packed when we arrive. We quote by the hour when we can drive out, do the job and get back the same day. When the truck has to stay out overnight, it becomes a flat quoted price.
Nothing on this website is a binding offer or a contract. A job is booked when we have agreed on it directly with you.
Your move
The terms of the move itself — what we are responsible for, what happens if something is damaged, how to cancel or reschedule, how a claim is handled — are set out in the written estimate and paperwork we give you before the job. If anything on this page appears to conflict with that paperwork, the paperwork is what counts. Ask us for it before you book if you want to read it first.
Text message program
If you agree to receive texts from us, here is what you are agreeing to.
- What we send. Messages about your estimate, scheduling, appointment confirmations and reminders, updates about your move, and a request for feedback after the job is done.
- How often. Message frequency varies.
- Cost. Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for texts.
- Stopping. Reply STOP to any message and we stop. Reply HELP for help, or call 208-713-4216.
- It is optional. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of getting a quote or booking a move.
- Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How we handle your number is covered in our Privacy Policy. Short version: we never sell it and never share it for anyone else's marketing.
Using this website
Use it to learn about our services and to contact us. Do not try to break it, scrape it in bulk, or use it to send us anything unlawful. We may change or remove any part of the site at any time.
Content on this site
The text, photographs and design on this site belong to Delicate Touch Moving Company, except where noted. The photographs are of our own crews and our own jobs. Do not reuse them without asking.
We try to keep everything here accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that it is free of errors. Prices, hours and service areas change.
Links to other sites
Where we link to somewhere else — Google, our social accounts — we do not control what is there and are not responsible for it.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, we will change this page and update the effective date at the top.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho.
