Who we are
Delicate Touch Moving Company, a moving company based at 4931 N Parkwood St, Boise, ID 83704. You can reach us at 208-713-4216. We are open Mon–Sat, 7am–9pm · Sunday closed.
What we collect
When you fill out our quote form, we collect the name, email address, phone number and move details you give us. That is the information we need to quote the job and get back to you. When you use the chat on this site, we collect what you type and the contact details you provide there.
We also collect basic, non-identifying information about how the site is used — which pages were opened, roughly where the visitor is, what kind of device they used. We use this to see which pages are working and which are not.
We do not ask for and do not want payment card numbers through this website.
Text messages
If you check the box on our quote form agreeing to receive text messages, we may text you about your estimate, scheduling, appointment reminders, and a request for feedback after the job is done. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not affect your move.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent is never shared with any third party. The only parties who ever handle your number are the service providers listed below who send the messages on our behalf, and they may not use it for anything else.
How we use what you give us
To quote your move, to schedule and carry out the job, to answer your questions, and to follow up afterward. We also use it to keep our own records of work we have done.
We do not sell your information. We do not rent it, trade it, or hand it to anyone who wants to advertise to you.
Who else handles it
Running a business means using tools built by other companies. These are the ones that touch your information, and each one handles it only to do the job we hired it for:
- HighLevel (LeadConnector) — our quote form, our customer records, the chat window on this site, and the emails and text messages we send you.
- Google Analytics — anonymous statistics about how this site is used.
- Cloudflare — hosts and delivers this website.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or if we need to establish or defend a legal claim.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses cookies for analytics. They tell us which pages are visited and how people move through the site. They do not tell us who you are. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site works without them.
Opting out, and asking us to delete
- Text messages — reply STOP to any message.
- Email — use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email.
- Everything — call 208-713-4216 and ask us to delete your information. We will, unless we are required to keep a record of work already performed.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests and job records for as long as we need them for our business and tax records. If you ask us to delete your information and we have no obligation to keep it, we delete it.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we will change this page and update the effective date at the top.
