Not only did Tim contact me soon after to apologize for the situation, he put my mind at ease, arranged all of the repairs, offered to loan our family a piano until ours was done, updated me throughout the process, and made sure he was available to deliver it when it it was finished. The piano looks wonderful, and I am so pleased with how they remedied the issue. You can tell a lot about a business by how they deal with accidents like this one, and I don't think they could've handled it any better!
