They discussed a plan to deliver and pickup, called me when they were expecting to arrive and asked me questions about how I would like it to be handled. They were accommodating to my schedule and prompt on execution. I had a baby grand I needed moved outside for my daughter’s wedding. Not only did they move it outside the day before with great care, they also called me that night to warm me that an unexpected storm was moving our way from where they were at so I could get it covered and protected.
