I hired Delicate Touch to move a piano. During transit, the piano was damaged, but Tim and his crew were awesome and did everything to make it right. The guys on the truck immediately let me know there was a problem, and assured me they would get it taken care of and that the owner would reach out about the repairs. Not only did Tim contact me soon after to apologize for the situation, he put my mind at ease, arranged all of the repairs, offered to loan our family a piano until ours was done, updated me throughout the process, and made sure he was available to deliver it when it it was finished. The piano looks wonderful, and I am so pleased with how they remedied the issue. You can tell a lot about a business by how they deal with accidents like this one, and I don't think they could've handled it any better! This company was hands down AWESOME! The owner was quick to respond to my inquiry about scheduling and communication was easy and open. The crew showed up prepared and ready for a small but heavy job and we friendly and professional. Jimmy and Jeremy did a fantastic job moving some furniture for us today. Quick, efficient, and no damage to our walls or floors. They were on time, professional, and went the extra mile helping to reassemble the bed frames once they were moved where we wanted them. Move #1, one day in June:
Responded very quickly over a weekend- we were very impressed. Showed up early. All belongings were moved carefully. No damage. Workers were courteous.
Highly recommended.

Move #2, one day in September:
We had to change dates and add more requests- Tim responded quickly.  All tasks were done on time.  They picked up 2 tables and 2 chairs from a shop in Boise. Then they moved out my Mom's stuff from one senior facility, moved her into the new senior facility, then loaded her old W/D into our truck. Both workers were polite, prompt, and professional.
